Embossed flower-carpets are very popular due to their less density, nice design, and application for a variety of modern and classic decorations. In the texture of these carpets, two types of acrylic heat set and pile have been used, which creates embossed designs on the surface of the carpet. The use of these yarns makes the carpets non-allergic and lint-free, and they can be easily removed in case of stains without quality subtraction. Carpets are packaged by fully-automatic machines capable of rolling different types of carpets in different sizes without manual intervention. The carpets are then wrapped in nylon and a layer of nylon or sack is placed between each carpet.
